An Integrated Approach

River of Life

My approach involves an integration of
mindfulness-based body-oriented cognitive behaviour therapy.
Informed by a family systems and emotionally focused perspective, and grounded in attachment theory, I often look to incorporate art, creative expression, and nature to support and guide the process of therapy.
